Hello All,

I am in a precarious situation here. I have a job offer in vietnam. But the immigration is playing hard. I applied for a visa initially online but was refused by 3 agents. Then, i approached VN embassy in India, and they also refused, saying im on the immigration blacklist. I have never been to VN ever!! And then the embassy guy told me to apply through another agent online...i was asked for $148 and I got a multiple entry 1 month visa!!
I went to hanoi, completed my company training and formalities. When now company is approaching immigration, it is being declined, no plausible reason given!!
I am in a state of dilemma. Can you advise me how to get around this issue? Thanks in advance...

It is entirely possible that someone with the same or similar name has been blacklisted, and the Vietnamese government isn't bothering to do the necessary due diligence. You will have to push back by providing more identifying about yourself...
