Hi, I am Deepak.. I have a passport from last 9 months, but in that they have mentioned ECR. And I have done my education 12th in NIOS (national institution of open school) it passed. Now I need a NON ECR passport, when I contact an agent they have said to give an IT RETURN, Has well they said in the IT RETURN end of the column value should not be zero.. Hear my question is if it is not a zero how much I can pay and will I get a NON ECR passport with an IT RETURNS???
