Hi everyone,
I had an applied for an EP on December 12th, 2018 and it was rejected. My employer decided not to appeal for the rejection.
When I go to MoM's EP online service, I can still see this EP has been rejected in the past.
In the situation that I find a new employer, when they apply for a new EP, I am aware that rejection information won't show up when they make the application.
However, when they go to MoM's online tool to check the status of the new EP application, will they be able to see the history as well?

Yes they can see the history when they search using your passpprt number and dob. But that won't be an issue for the new employer.
