Coming back to Accra soon . will the malls accept major credit cards or do I have to get money from a ATM.

You can use credit cards in the larger shops and restaurants etc but you will probably still have to get some cash for daily transactions from ATMs as POS machines aren't everywhere.

Yes, Ghana, all major shops and eateries do accept credit cards.
