LGBT and visas

Is there any evidence that Malaysia has ever (even once) revoked or denied visas for foreigners that it discovers are LGBT? Is there any evidence that changes to the sex marker on a foreign passport will red flag anything in Malaysia for visa denial or revocation?

Has malaysia ever unofficially rarely recognized a same-sex marriage or relationship for the purpose of spousal visas or social passes?

Common law heterosexual relationships are tolerated for some nationalities that have that legal status in their laws. Further than that nothing more is open immigration wise. Home embassy is always involved in such cases. I guess you read about the Indian transexual who could not get a visa because of 'other" gender which is not an option in Malaysia.
