Looking for Help.
My Friend from Philippines passport was expired and he renewed it and handed over to Kafeel. He went on vacation but his Kafeel did not registered his new passport with Jawazat. At airport the immigration officer took signature from him on some form as he cannot read Arabic and allowed him to travel him on his old passport and stamp the exit on old passport also. Now he wants to come back but in Philippines the MOE told him that he cannot travel back as his new passport was not registered and his contract is also not renewed. His Exit Re-Entry visa is still valid up to March 02, 2019.

Please advise what documents needs to be processed in order to return back.

First his Iqama needs to be renewed. When done, the passport linked to the Iqama needs to be updated and then he can travel back. There is nothing he can do, his sponsor has to do all of this.
