We are not sure yet... is there a certain place that you would recommend..We won't have a car but are thinking of bike or scooters or golf cart… we are ll=ooking for a 2 bedroom apt or small 2 bedroom house to rent for a year...

We live in a housing complex called Los Brisas but you would need to pick property and build a house. We just love it here get ready to meet the nicest people you could imagine. Next to us is a housing community called Consejo which has some nice homes at great prices. Consejo is a American and Canadian community. The only problem with this area is schools are 7 miles away. I also would agree that you should rent first and look for problems like noisy dogs, if it's a wood house termites, if a house has a lot of grass mosquitoes, if it's waterfront property go for a swim and see if the bottom is soft to the point that you sink when standing also ask about crocodiles.
