Firstly your Indonesian partner will need to ask a local government official/ department what paperwork is required for yourself (it will vary from one country to another and religion) you then need to confirm this with your embassy within Indonesia and your home country as you will need certain documents from home
Visits to your embassy within Indonesia etc
Some of the documents have a short shelf life and may expire within a month
