Good day everyone.. I just want to ask if it's possible if I get my passport while my resignation is on process? Because I need to send my passport at Embassy of Malta in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Visa processing. I have already tha invitation letter and Job offer from my employer in Malta.. Hoping for your quick response guys.. God bless..

Your passport should always be with you as per the law and not with your employer. They only need it for a day or two to cancel your Bahrain visa and that is it.

Go to the police and file a case. They may also refer you to Ministry of Labor.
