Dear All,
One of my friend is going on final exit.he wants to transfer his car ownership to me.his car is on installment and I have to pay the remaining amount.now what's the procedure , requirements and bank conditions the doubt i have in my mind is I loaned from my bank last year which i am paying every month regularly. The question is , is it possible to own that car even if i am still paying the earlier loan ?? Please guide me . My account is in Saudi fransi bank and my friend account is in bank al ahli .
