I have a car that requires the yearly inspection. I have legal winter tyres.
However this winter is proving very tough. Roads aren't cleared properly.
Sliding backwards down hills is the norm for most near us.
Question:
If I delay the ITP interview, can I re-book it and travel to the new Inspection date with the relevant proof of appointment, given that the date has expired legally?
