Hello Everyone,

I am going to be in Chengdu from January 18th – February 9th…

How quiet is the city going to be from Feb 4 – 9th? What should I expect for things being closed? (ie. Pubs, Restaurants, Malls, etc). I am also guessing chances of getting transportation out of the city is useless?

Any details would be greatly appreciated

Well, certainly you would see a queit city between Feb 4 - 5th，and then it will get rejuvenation, almost every thing will be opening again so don't worry about that. Even in Feb 4 - 5th you still can find a lot of ways of transportation, the subway here is convenient. And welcome to chengdu , wish you have a wonderfful journey !
