Do you mean to say, you are continuing with your existing employer, but your EP was downgraded to S pass? As you didn't mention in your earlier message, I thought your pass was downgraded after you changed your employer.

If same employer, then you can apply DPs. Approval process again depends on MoM and their yardsticks. Good luck
