Without any money, the only real thing you can do is approach your Embassy. Maybe they can help you with a lawyer - I read that the Indian Embassy has engaged a law firm in Bahrain which provides free services to citizens in need. Maybe they have a similar set up in Saudi?

I contact in indian Embassy but they said they only connected with labour court they can't do anything in this matter...

Then have them connect with labor court but find a lawyer for the other matter. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do without paying a lawyer.

Yes u r right but i don't have money coz more then one year i am not working coz reason of iqama expired..
