Hello all. We need help please regarding the Spouse visa under Dutch law.
I know the typical route is EU law for spouses of EU citizens, but as we have not lived together, my embassy will not issue me with an entry visa no NL on a facilitation visa (Schengen C)
My question is, can we apply under Dutch law for the Spouse visa? My boyfriend lives in the Netherlands (no residence permit though).
Any advice will help at this point.... We are quite hopeless at this point.
