How to find the accommodation in Singapore, I am searching my accommodation from India but I couldn't able to find any. My arriving date to Singapore is 11th Jan please help me out guys

It is basically impossible to find a rented room in Singapore before you arrive - don't waster your time trying!
What you need to do is booking a temporary place (e.g. budget hotel) for the first two weeks or so and then start you search once you are here.

You didn't tell us whether you are coming here as a tourist or an employee!
On visit visa, you are not able to get a rented house.
