Applied for evisa of 1 month for my parents, but could not be approved.
Gave the message saying "it cannot be completed at this moment"
Emailed the help desk regarding this, got a message "Sorry but your application cannot be processed at the current time according to our administration directions."
Now trying to apply through an agent, now agent is saying he needs a letter from the company signed by the HR that they are responsible for getting my parents and sending them back when the visa expires.
But company is not ready to give a letter.
Is the letter necessary for applying visit visa (1 month), is there any other method.
Please need your help.

Find another sponsor who can support. Many agents have their own companies through which they can give that but it will cost a lot more.

I had already applied for e-visa. It got rejected.
If I go for immigration office and check what is the problem. Will it be possible to get.

Not likely. Only a strong pro or agent can make that happen. They won't even entertain you.
