Recently i went to Madina in my car. i traveled during day and my average speed was 140 KM. just few times when the road was clear and there was no traffic, i drove around 150 KMph. i could avoid all the cameras as it was bright day. however i received sms next day saying i exceed 140 km by 1 to 2 kms. the fine was SR 800 for single violation.
i believe fine is just SR 300 if you exceed speed limit by just few KMs. i want to have muroor review my fine.
Can someone please tell me what is the procedure. i checked in absher. there is no such option available.
