Hi everyone, season's greetings.
Can anyone give me up-to-date information on tax and social security obligations for income earned from freelance work outside Thailand, i.e. I would be living and working in Thailand but all my clients are outside the country?

FYI ~ Any foreigner earning income in Thailand (within any venue), without a work permit (Tax ID), is illegal and carries severe penalties.
However,...if the expat duck doesn't quack, then no one knows it exists...

Thanks Jana611. I don't know about quacking - ha ha - I have no problem with contributing to the society in which I'm living; I just want to know what it's going to cost before I commit
