Where are you or your husband working? With HCMC traffic, there is a lot to be said for living close to your job.

HCMC has very awful traffic jam so I suggest you should choose a place that is close your workplace or your kid's school to save you a ton of time .
Moreover, It depends on your lifestyle. If you want to live in bustling area which is often close to everything restaurants, hospitals, park, schools, city center.... Phu Nhuan District, District 3 would fit your need.
If you love quiet and peaceful atmosphere, welcome to District 2 and District 7.
