Red book số dở

Hi all .

By any chance .. people who have purchased an apartment in Hanoi have received the red book

Normally how long does it take to get it

Apart from the purchased contract and the red vat invoice is it enough to secure the apartment ,since it's one year I haven't received appreciate every one's input

Thanks

The title of your thread is a bit off.  "Số dở" means bad number, so your title at the present is "Red book with bad (fake) number".

If you wish to translate "red book" to Vietnamese language, it's "sổ đỏ".

I think you had already asked this topic a few months ago.

I was wondering if any any had any luck getting the redbook ,each time I go storming to the contractor they say still no red book, now one year passed ,

When you ask a Vietnamese person ,they say only need it ,but a title deed is something which is really important

@ caimbell thanks for fixing my Vietnamese ,
