2) If you have a passport with valid visa, you can leave without any issue.  CPR is not necessary
3) No, they will not get any message BUT if they have the LMRA EMS system, they will be able to see whether you are inside or outside the country.  The system will mark you as OUT, the moment you clear immigration
4) If you are running away, be aware that after 15 days of absence, they can report you as absconding. This can stop you from ever working in Bahrain again until it is resolved

Till now I did nt rcv my CPR and have my passport is with me so can i go to india for 2-3 days

I will come in 3 days including my weekly off. One more thing if i get CPR then still will be same in my condition.
