Finding a job at Universities or Colleges

They could probably use your help - according to this article, Paraguay's university system was ranked 135th out of 137 countries studied:

Do you speak Spanish, or Guaraní, or preferably both, and fluently?  Without either of those, I'd say your chances of finding a job there are slim and none.  With either or both, I think your chances would upgrade to "possible".
