New born leaving oman without visa only travel documents from embassy

I need clarification. Both of us have expired visa. Our company did not renew our visa. We resigned and are leaving next week. But we have a 4 months old baby. Is she allowed to leave Oman? Please i need urgent reply. What we need to do inorder that our new born baby will be allowed to leave even both parents have expired visa. Thank you in advance.

Reposting here, for the benefit of the other forum visitors who may be in a similar situation as you :

Hi dyam84,

Get your baby registered immediately.

Go with your company PRO or any other Omani PRO to the Directorate General of Immigration and Residence Status in Seeb.

Explain your predicament. Pay the required fines and get your issues sorted out as per the law.

Only then can you exit.
