will MOM check police repot against candidate for spass approval ?. after verifying only they will approve rite . so candidate can easily clear immigration without any problems rite? or they will hold in immigration if he have police report after getting IPA? iam confused that will ICA or MOM will do check against police case before approving spass or epass?. thanks in advance

Depending on the offence that caused it, a police report can lead to an "adverse record" rejection of your S-Pass.
It can also happen that your S-Pass is approved, but you are still denied entry when you arrive.
Better contact the police (SPF), involved courts (if any, as well as ICA and MoM about it before you apply. That's the only way to avoid problems!
(And, needless to say: Don't do it again - Singapore is NOT the place to violate any rules!!!)
