Dear community,
I am currently interviewing for a position in IT at emirates HQ in dubai, I was told that this position is a grade 8 level, I am currently a manager in a different airline and I would like to understand if grade 8 is senior enough in the org structure? Also if any one can shed some light on the difference of benefits between grade 8 & 9 will great. Thank You

There is a big difference between Level 8 & 9. Level 8 is given specialist whilst Level 9 is given to managers, try to push to get into Level 9.
