actually i wanted to know that if any adverse record against spass holder will not approve spass rite? in case he got approved means their will no problem with IPA in immigration check in Singapore airport? need help please

You sent the same to me in a PM (together with a SPAM contact request) and I already replied there:
The IPA is your entry visa for Singapore, but an immigration offiocer can still deny you enry for a number of reasons - alhough this rarely happens.
Regarding your adverse record, you should contact ICA before travelling (if the record is with ICA). There have been a related case on the forum recently.
