Do i need to exit oman to join a job, because i got a job now on my visit visa...Can i change my viist visa into working visa from here, by taking my medical tests from here??

Hi Safna nujoob,
It all lies with the employer who is going to hire you.
Getting your GAMCA medical tests done is secondary.
If your employer can manage to convert your visit visa to an employment visa, then you would not have to exit the country.
Speak to your employer and see if they can manage it.
