That is correct, your visa stamp on your passport should mention about the expiry date.

But that is after we arrived in bahrain.
But i want to know if family visa issued its a (paper visa) how many days its valid from issue date either 3 months or 6 months,

usually 3 months from the date of issue, it will be mentioned on the issued paper visa. Get it verified by your employer / PRO.

Family Visa validity is ending on 4th november 2019. My wife is in india. How many days before 4 she must come to bahrain ??

As long as she enters Bahrain physically before the 4th, no issue. Ideally, she should come a week before so that visa can be renewed. If it expires after she enters, it is more of a hassle to renew it.
