Hi this is arul right now I am in oman ,I am 4 days before I give resignation latter to my company , I have 2 year contract and I have 6 more month to complete my visa , right now they did not say anything and 2 month salary not yet paid , there is any reason to hold me .

Hi Arulvivek,
See what are your terms of resignation and your exit formalities, as mentioned in your employment contract. Follow, as has been agreed prior between your employer and yourself.
Any deviation from what is agreed would mean a dispute, in which case you have to take it up with the Indian Embassy officials first before you go elsewhere with your complaint.
