Finding partner for registering a company

Hi every body
I were just in Muscat for founding a company. But there is needed to have an Omani partner who he should have 30% share in company. Did anybody have any bad experience in this issue? Because this is virtual shareholder and this is just for legal rules. As we talked with some bodies they will get monthly around 150 to 200 omr. Or please introduce ant safe and assured person or company for register the company.

There should be an internal agreement detailing in full the terms and conditions of partnership, the role and obligations of the local partner, particularly the local partner being mentioned as sleeping partner only.

There are some other standard terms that are absolutely necessary to avoid any future complications and to protect the interests of the foreign investors.
