Last February my employer cancelled my visa because I have to go back to my country for some very important reason,now my oldemployer want me to go back in Oman,should I get NOC so that I can go back?

Hi Zariah,
If you are rejoining the same sponsor / organisation from where you cancelled your employment visa and exited Oman, there is no need for the NOC.
But if you are planning on joining some other sponsor / organisation, then the NOC from your last employer would be mandatory to return, if it is prior to two-years from the date of your departure.
