Visa Extension

Hi All,, I am currently here on 1month visa,, working in Cancer hospital has volunteer,, I am 66yrs & am looking to live here next year with view to rent or buy small property,, can Visa be extended continually, I want to live here permanently,,, was looking at Dream Home Visa application but 25000dollars deposit required,,, which I would sooner spend on property,,, I have property to sell in Bulgaria & Savings to sustain me,, All help welcome,,, kind regards Eddie

Hi eddieg,

Normally, and this applies to several countries, short stay visa can be extended, most commonly up to 90 days however if you are looking to stay there permanently, get in touch with the authorities (go to the police station or immigration service) to ask about the residence permit.
