Hello frnds . Please i need a bit of info. I am welling to go on vacation exit rentry visa. I have some pending bills of stc and there is a car by my name of installments with two installments unpaid. So will i face at immigration or they will allow me to go. Can any one help

If you simply ask your HR to issue the exit-entry visa, if there any restriction he will tell you.
