Expat Club Meetup

As a well educated man/woman/child you would be aware of "Meetup". As you obviously have had F/A luck on this site, a learned person would look further afield. Google is our best friend.  Meetup may fill in a few gaps but If you want to meet Expats? One has to be there on the ground, tasting the flavours and mincing with the queens as you apparently have done for some what 15 years? You my friend should be telling us how it is in Iloilo and then some.
Your post here and now is very left field and as an uneducated man will suggest some people clutch at straws.
Seems like some miss the boat with research before they take the plunge into the maelstrom.
Then panic.

If you are talking meetup as your post suggests, why are you bothering us plebeians?
