Accommodation & Job in Sweden

Hello,
I want to move in the firsts July days 2019 to Sweden, I looking for accommodation and a work, in the administration, education, or other skyline.
I am uruguayan but living in Belgium after 12 years ago + one year (2010) I lived at Stockholm (Solna).
The city are not important, I know that all Sweden is so beautiful and close the nature, I know too Gävle, a little city very nice and the beautiful Luleå.
I talk very good Spanish and French, my english is medium (still study for understand better) and basic Swedish.
How hobby, I like reading in Portuguese, walk in the nature, and write, also many things more....
I have valid residence permit for move and work in the U.E, only need  register when I arrive.
If someone want and can help me I will to be grateful, all information is welcome, and the friends too.
