I worked for the last 15 years in a group of companies, and the management transfered me another company in the same group. After completing one year of service in the new company, they asked me to leave the group. The management didn't pay my end of services benefits after 16 years of service. Please help me to come out of this problem.

What you are saying is ridiculous.
After 16-years of service, the company you have worked for is refusing to hand over your end-of-service benefits ?? What the company is doing is downright illegal.
Go straight to the Indian Embassy and the Ministry of Manpower with your case. Your company will be in the dock.
