I am low in vitamin B12 and taking injection monthly once ; after arrived to Kuwait it seems impossible to get injection !
If anyone knows details regarding this pls share .....

Dr Richards at international clinic , salymia does these injections and I had them at I think clover clinic but need to check dr , very common in Kuwait .
