Hello friends,
My time is Singapore is up, and my EP will soon be cancelled. I understand that I will be issued a STVP that will allow me to stay here for a month.
My wife and I were wondering if we can take a short holiday in that time, but I wasn't able to find out if I can leave and re enter Singapore with this pass.
Thanks for your help.

I think once you left the country during that 30 days time period, you will not able to use that STVP again to enter.
That pass allows onetime to exit Singapore within given 30 days time frame. Good luck
Note: On or before 30 days, you must have to leave Singapore. Later, you can apply tourist visa which most likely will be given for 3 months and use that to travel.
