I entered Mauritius via study permit ,but during my stay ,test was conducted and i was confirm Hbv positive and my resident application was denied ,I have been unable to follow through with my refund policy with the institution I enrolled in and also my stay has lapsed ,pls what can I do and what is the consequences of my stay overlapse.

There was a similar case some time back. It concerned a girl. She hired a lawyer and the case was brought to court. her request to stay in Mauritius till the end of her study program was granted ad her deportation was overturned.
I'm not sure about the specifics of your case but legal action is the most recommended in this case.
