Hi everyone I am a Mauritian and I live in Italy for more than 10 years. I have an UE permit of stay unlimited, and want to work in UK. Am I eligible for work and stay in the UK.?

Short answer - based on the information you've provided us with, no, you are not eligible to work and stay in the UK. You would need to apply for a UK work visa.
