Perform Umrah without Iqama

Hi,

I need your advise.
My Visa type is Work Visit ( Single Entry-90 Days) and valid until 06-Feb-2019.
My Company said, i will not get Iqama due to some reason.

Considering my visa type, is it possible go to Mecca to perform Umrah without Iqama?
And also could i travelling around KSA (Madinah, Mecca, etc) without Iqama.
