Hi all,
Can one live with his girlfriend in Qatar without problems ? (we are both French - I have arab origins)
I've heard stories of expats being sentenced to lashing for having extramarital relationships.
I thought this was only applied to locals (especially muslims). How can they even identify if you're muslim or not, in those cases?
