Various banks/Insurance companies provide study or personal loans schemes.
You can check any of them when you are in Mauritius.

Hi,
Getting a loan in Mauritius when you are not working here will be very complicated. Then even for student loans, most banks ask for a collateral like some assets to secure the loan or one or two guarantors.
It would be easier to try to get a loan in the country you are working.
