Hi All,
A female friend of mine from Ukraine expects to teach English in Hong Kong. She had taught English in China Shanghai for several months. She has over 15 years teaching English working experience in Ukraine. How can she apply for a working visa in Hong Kong to teach English? Is there anyone here who can show me some English learning center, especially some are recruiting English speakers from Overseas?

This is pretty difficult. You need to demonstrate "special" abilities that are scarce in Hong Kong in order to justifiy for the visa, and Hong Kong is full of native English speakers & teachers already (remember that English is an official language here).
It might actually be easier for your friend to teach Russian here than English.
