Hi Vmp,
Perhaps the best and most reliable service to send parcels from Indian to Oman would be SpeedPost / government Postal service only.
Private courier services are also available but would be more expensive.

You can approach Fed ex it will reach in 3/4 days rates also less compared to Blue Dart.
