Greetings everybody. I am French (Afghan origin), boarding schooled and secretarial college in England for 7 years, lived in France for 34 years, work in the UN (Geneva) for 32 years so far, and I have decided that when I retire (in about 5 years, give or take), I would like to retire in Salzburg. Such a beautiful area. The change of place, learning German properly (I know a little) and experiencing new things, will keep me on my toes and active. What do you think? What do you recommend? I love history, I like to write my own stories (not yet published though), and visiting cultural and historical places. So happy to have this forum to chat about my plans! Leila
