Jobs such as yours are not available in LP. Better you try Vientiane. There are large sports goods shops there.
A Google search will help. Just type "sports goods shops Vientiane" into your search engine and then contact them about possible work.

Even in Vientiane the job you describes is usually done by local people. You may have to change your job.
