Take procto glyvenol suppositories, 1 in the morning and 1 at night, and apply procto glyvenol cream. Increase fiber & water intake and decrease carbohydrate intake. If there are little or no improvements, Dr. Hanan Rehani (not sure about spelling) in Farah Hospital in Amman is an expert on the subject. I'm a first hand witness of one case where the afflicted person was in agony for several years and received an immediate solution upon visiting this Dr.
