While there are several bike rental agencies in Mauritius, I'm not sure whether they are located in Flic en Flac, where most visitors either rent cars or scooters.

That said, if you are staying at a hotel in Flic en Flac, I would suggest you check with the hotel. Some rent bikes, either traditional bike or electric, to their customers.
If you are staying with a host or simply renting a villa or bungalow then you can have the owner or rental officer arrange for a bike.
